The following application form must be completed when applying for Prekindergarten

Prekindergarten Registration Application

Proof of the following is required when registering:

One of: Birth Certificate, Passport, Status Card, Immigration Papers/Permanent Resident Card

Non Canadian Citizens - Study Permit, Refugee Category, Permanent Resident Document (Proof of legal status must be provided in order to register)

Required: Official Ministry of Education Transcript of Marks

Out of Province Students:

Families transferring from another province must contact the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education to have your credits transferred. You will require an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OF MARKS from your previous province. Please contact the Ministry of Education at 306-787-1025
