On June 9th, students in 6DR learned about En Plain Air art with Rackel Brimacombe, Lumsden Florist. Students spent time in the outdoors to feel inspide to sketch and then paint the Tressel bridge! Students created beautiful art. Rachel also promoted the Lumsden Arts council. Students interested in painting should find out more about plain air painting each Thursday morning at 9:00AM. Participants meet at the Lumsden Hall Art Space.
Thank-you so much to Rachel!

On May 30, ELES hosted its second last ROARs draw. Special thank you to Mrs. King and her amazing music students who started us off with some musical numbers, playing the recorder and singing. Next, Echo and Brody dazzled us on the piano. Finally, we ended with our ROARs draw. It was another amazing month of students displaying our school values with record ticket numbers, again! Congrats to our winners but more importantly, thank you to all of our students for showing our school values and just being amazing.
